The Alliance Health Provider Portal Is Here!

This portal has replaced your current sign-in procedures for ACS and other Alliance applications.

Please clear your browser cache BEFORE accessing the new Provider Portal URL.

The Alliance Health/Okta Provider Portal has been successfully deployed and your user account and access has been migrated to the new Provider Portal platform. These changes took effect on the evening of Thursday May 19, 2022.

You now have an easier, faster, and more secure way to log in to the Alliance Claims System and to other provider applications that are supported by Alliance Health. The  Alliance Health/Okta platform offers our application users multiple benefits including:

The Alliance Health/Okta application utilizes a single sign-on (SSO) process that will allow you to access all authorized applications supported by Alliance using a single username and password. All approved applications will be displayed and available in a very handy, easy-to-use dashboard. The application will also allow Alliance to implement additional security features in the future, such as multi-factor authentication.

Please review the following steps concerning your new login to the Alliance Health applications.

When you log in to the Alliance Provider Portals beginning the morning of May 20, 2022, you will be directed to the Alliance Health/Okta platform, where you will be prompted to complete your enrollment, including resetting your password. Please clear your browser cache before accessing the new Provider Portal URL. After enrollment, it is time to active your account. Please check your inbox for an email from Alliance Health from the night before, May 19. The subject line of the email should read Welcome to the Alliance Health Provider Portal. This is your Alliance Health/Okta activation email. You will need to ACTIVATE your account in order to complete your activation process and gain access to the Alliance Provider Portal. Please ACTIVATE your account as soon as possible. The activation email expires thirty days from the date issued.

Alliance Health is excited to implement this new Provider Portal and with the ability to provide our users with a single user login and password that allows the user to access to multiple applications and other valuable information from a single dashboard.

Once you have completed the activation process, please navigate to the Alliance Health Provider Portal, where you will be prompted to log into the new Provider Portal. You will then have access to all of your assigned applications.
